She never received the ma terial to conduct the audit. We are re-copying the material and sending it to her and would also request you forward a medical authorization signed by Mr. Price so we might have a copy of his hospital chart to compare to the hospital bill My sincere apologies for the error, when we are in receipt of the medical authorization we will conduct the audit and forward our recommendations.
