Williams I have sent you samples of 250 and 275 gelatin from M. W. Houck Inc.-, whose sales representative is Young and Company of America. I request we evaluate these items to see if they will favorably compare with Atlantic Gelatin 225 and 275. There is a possible savings of $.10 to $.15 per pound. Annual use is 180,000 to 200,000 pounds. As you can see, this could be a considerable savings.
