ILIFP PHILADELPHIA LABORATORY ATTENTION - MR. STUART 'GRAVES MEMORANDUM REPORT M-153 BRUSHING LACQUER In the subject report I see no indication of what happens when this material is second coated. As I recall it one of the important places where the old nitrocellulose brush type "Duco" fell down was because Of the inability of people to apply a second coat without picking up the first one with resulting extremely difficult brushing when they tried to do a Job that had real hiding. I think it might be worth while supplementing the investigation of this material by this test before I pass the information along to the Sales Department. JM/MCM JOHN MARSHALL
