Interlock By-pass Procedure Procedures for by-passing critical interlocks have been obtained from the Chocolate Bqyou and Pensacola plants (maleic anhydride). Job Safety Audits Information and materials have been obtained and training of trainers in operations, maintenance and PT will be completed by May 31. Training of plant personnel is expected to be completed by Septenber 1. B. HHM Audits The report to Don Bell concerning the MFI HHM audit has been issued. Completion dates for action items are firm and must be adhered to. C. Annual Safety and Housekeeping Inspection The 1985 inspection is expected to be conducted in the same manner as last year's with an interchange of inspectors between Texas City and Chocolate Beyou. D. Chemical Matrix Data Data sheets have been received from all units and laboratories. This data will be reviewed to ensure uniformity. Sheets are expected to be available for display in appropriate areas by August 1. E. 1984 Annual Safety and Housekeeping Recommendations The status on these recommendations was reviewed. Two additional comments are: Item 1: Review of operating manuals must be formalized to ensure that they are conducted on a periodic basis.
