D. Preprints
The Meeting Program Committee has requested that each author bring or send 100 copies of his paper to the meeting, as National AIChE is not going to prepare preprints as in previous years. Authors are also asked to send 3 copies of their papers to the AIChE Manuscript Center, 345 East 47th Street, New York, New York 10017.
You will only be allowed fifteen (15) minutes to verbally summarize and highlight the keynotes of your paper so your papers should be as informative and instructive as possible. As stated before, we will hold this session in forum or round-table fashion with all speakers remaining on the podium for open discussion and questions from the audience after all presentations. This arrange ment is to promote informality so we should have some fun and enjoyment too. Best personal regards.
Sincerely,
bticlfr.

1973 AIChE LOSS PREVENTION SYMPOSIUM - NOVEMBER 11-15, 1973 PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
We have a problem on which we request your agreement and indulgence. We were notified that only five (5) papers were possible in a single ses sion and that we had to eliminate two papers.
Our Symposium Chairman has agreed to place the two papers eliminated from our session in the preceding session. We request that these two authors continue and participate as active members of our session; they 'are Dick Schwab and Bill McMillan.
Essentially, this requires little change from what we proposed, except that all authors can now summarize their contributions in twenty (20) to twenty-five (25) rather than 15 minutes. Thanks and best regards.
Sincerely,
A. Rj Albrecht Session Chairman
