For the better ihformation of all concerned, and considering my somewhat unusual relationship with this Department of Environmental Health, I have brought this entire matter (previous policies, etc.) to the attention of Dr. Foulkes, who has signified his approval of my action and relations hip by countersigning this letter. I shall also follow my prior practice of providing copies for the office of the Deaxi of the Medical College. I have shortcircuited the latter, for the moment, as a matter of dispatch. | Sincerely yours, RAKrwp enclosures i j | ! Robert A.
