Ohio Dear Dr. Kehoe: Metal Alkyls One of our research groups has evidenced some interest in working with various metal alkyls such as tetrabutyl tin, dibutyl diphenyl tin, tetracyclohexyl tin, dibutyl tin dichloride, triphenyl antimony and tetraphenyl lead. We are wondering if you have ever had any occasion to evaluate the toxicity of such metal alkyls, particularly tetraphenyl lead. We would appreciate having the benefit of your comments on this.
