As to tha precautions which should b taken and as to the manner of handling th traethyl lead, you should be in hotter position than I to proscribe* I have a copy of Galbigaortfs letter of April 2$th which has indicated his point of view, and it would seem that ha had mad certain useful suggo tions* This, I believe, leaves the mat ter in proper state for you to go ahead if and when it seems desirable to do so* Very truly yours.
