HAZARD COMMUNCATION PROGRAM The status of the plant's Hazard Communication Compliance program is: * Written Program - Submitted for final approval. * Training Program - Final preparations complete. * Warning Signs - All ordered, 40 percent installed. * Chemical Lists - Updated, ready to be placed in Hazardous Materials Reference Books. * Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) - Files of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Chemical MSDS's have been copied and placed in Hazardous Materials Reference Books. The Hazardous Materials Reference Books will contain the plant's written program, Chem-Ust, and all Material Safety Data Sheets.
