Pa. 10 THE WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR: Effective at cnce, previous prices for the American Gas Boilers listed on the attached sheets are withdrawn and revised Trade Prices will apply as shown herein. These new prices have been increased pursuant to Amendment 8 to Order 1 under LIPR-591, effective A.pril 2, 1946. The Amendment permits manu facturers of Cast Iron Gas-fired Boilers to increase their prices for such boilers by 10-l/2^. This results in the new Trade Prices shown on the attach ed sheets. Repair parts for .American Cast Iron Gas Boilers are not subject to this increase. According to the wording of Amendment 8, resellers of cast iron gas boilers are permitted to add to their new cost, after they have been notified by the manufacturer, ohe same percentage of mark-up over costs which they had in effect on April 1, 1946. In other words, the reseller is permitted by the Amendment to add the full lQ-l/2?C to his resale prices for gas boilers.
