Thank you for the questions and dial-in information.
3M did provide data to Wood related to the PFAS use in Oil, Gas and Mining study. But we would be happy to answer any additional questions during our meeting, and discuss also your second question.
For the agenda I would like to propose the following topics for discussion: - Brief introduction to 3M - Responsible manufacturing & 3M PFAS stewardship - PFAS uses - Fluoropolymers - 3M Novec fluids as alternatives to F-Gases - Upcoming group PFAS restriction in Europe
Additionally, we would also appreciate an opportunity to briefly touch upon the case of listing 3M Novec 7300 (CAS 132182-92-4) in the Annex to the PFHxA Restriction.
Please let me know if you agree, or if you would like to propose any additional points for discussion. I will inform my colleagues about your questions, so we can elaborate on those during the presentation already.

As already mentioned in the previous mail, we have a few questions, which we would like to send you ahead of the meeting: - Has 3M provided relevant market data for PFAS used in the oil, gas and mining industry in the EU? Including products used for oil and gas well stimulation? Currently, we have identified only very limited use of PFAS within mining and would appreciate a confirmation on this finding or additional information on such use. - Regarding fluorinated polymers/fluoropolymers: Can you provide further information on impurities in products and release from products during the use-phase and end-of-life-phase?

After checking with the other member states the 26th of April (there was a typo in the previous mails) from 13.00-14.30 o'clock works best for us. Colleagues from Denmark and Norway will definitely take part in the meeting. Both Sweden and the Netherlands will decide at a later stage, if they will join the meeting. Additionally, members from ECHA might join as well. As you suggested, I extended the meeting. I will forward this mail to the colleagues from the restriction group and get back to you on specific topics and questions .

Thank you for coordinating this effort - I have indeed heard back from Toke Winther that he would be interested in joining our meeting in April as well. For your information, we have already set up separate meetings with the RIVM and KEMI for this week and next week. We have also received a set of extra questions from KEMI, which they would like to discuss during our separate meeting with them - some of them relate to the 'textile study', which they are responsible for and to which 3M contributed with information on our PPE products.
Since we would be doing this meeting jointly, may I suggest we do a 1,5 hour meeting (so to allow enough time for questions and discussion)? Would Tuesday 27 April at 13:00-14:30 work for both German CA and Danish CA? Please indeed send us the WebEx meeting invitation, as suggested.
May I also ask both of you to please let me know upfront if there is any particular topic/aspect you would like to discuss with us during the meeting, or any questions you might have related to the information we provided during the Call for Evidence or during individual studies that you have been responsible for (e.g. the transport study)? This would allow me to identify the right people internally to join for the meeting.

It was nice meeting you yesterday as part of the AmCham EU's meeting with BAUA.

Those commitments do apply also to our PFAS manufacturing sites we have today in Europe: Dyneon site in Gendorf/Germany and Zwijndrecht plant in Belgium.
I would appreciate an opportunity for a separate meeting with you to discuss our commitments in more detail, as well as to inform you about our upcycling of fluoropolymers activity in Germany and to discuss in some more detail our Novec products as part of the upcoming PFAS restriction.
