It is a PACER run that needs to be cleaned up. There is not an easy way to collect cases that have been decided and are no longer on the docket. I can think of five: (1) the E15 waiver case (dismissed on standing); (2) the misfueling mitigation rule case (dismissed on standing); (3) a PM2.5 MAAQS challenge (petition denied); (4) a challenge to the Wise Co., TX nonattainment area designation (petition denied); and (5) CSAPR (mixed result). There may be more. 1suggest the following answer: Deliberative Process / Ex. 5 From: Lyons, Troy rmailto:lvons.trov@eDa.QOv1 Sent: Tuesday, October 10, 2017 5:46 PM To: Wehrum, William L.
