I've also attached a briefing paper that summarizes the Agreement's terms. I'm sure you remember the animosity and division that existed in central New York during the pendency of the 2008 trust land decision, and all the related litigation. As hard as it is to imagine, not quite a decade later, it's a very different environment. The parties have established strong working relationships with one another and cooperate on regional economic development, social and police issues and in many other areas.
