LOUIS, CLEVELAND BRANCHFS, EFFECTIVE APRIL 1 Certain revisions of branch territory lines have been announced in connec tion with changes in management personnel of +he St. Louis and Cleveland Branches. * A new Southwestern Branch, with'headauarters in Dallas, will operate in the states of Texas and Oklahoma, formerlv a part of the St. Louis Branch. Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and a part of Wisconsin will ne transferred from the terri tory of the St. Louis Branch to that of the Chicago Branch. Ellis E. Busse will be manager of the St. Louis Branch, Pigment Division, and Roy R. Stamm will be manager of the St. Louis Branch, Metal Division. Warren T. Trask will be manager of steel packatrfe sales. Accounting, credit and purchasing will be directed by A. D. Sargent, comptroller of the St. Louis Branch. Lawrence F, Gerst continues as general superintendent of the St. Louis Branch, with jurisdic tion over the Granite City Package Plant, Lawrence Works and the Hoyt Plant. R. V. E. Martin, superintendent of the St. Louis Lead & Oil Works, continues in that capacity. Eric G. Orlinp has been appointed manager of the Cleveland Branch, Pigment Division, and George Sathre will be manager of the Cleveland Branch, Metal Divi sion, Accounting, credit and purchasing will be directed by D. G. Hoffman, comp troller of the Cleveland Branch. T. N. Brennan will supervise production at the Cleveland, Buffalo and Pittsburgh plants. Walter H. Lessmann will be manager of the Southwestern Branch, Pigment Divi sion, and Richard I. Hall will be assistant manager of the Southwestern Branch, Metal Division, Accounting, credit and purchasing will be under the direction of A. D. Sargent, comptroller of the St. Louis Branch. Cartan G. Breck continues as superintendent of the Dallas smelter, oxide plant and metal plant. Over-all pigment operations for the St. Louis, Cleveland and Southwestern Branches will be directed by D. A. Merson, vice-president. Metals operations of these branches, including steel package sales, will be supervised by Walter P. Carroll, vice-president. Administrative functions will be directed by H. C. Wildner, vice-president and comptroller. Manufacturing, warehousing and shipping operations are under the direction of E. R. Rowley, production manager. HEADQUARTERS MOVED TO SFA.TTLE Offices of the Northwestern Division, Pacific Coast Branch, have been moved from Portland to Seattle. W. C. Minsinger is manager of the division and Roy T. Malott is manager of the Portland office, IRWIN HONORED AT DINNER Harry S. Irwin, who is known as the dean of the paint industrv in his region, was guest of honor at a dinner celebrating his forty years of service with National Lead Company.
