The Governor's comms director is Courtney Arango (carango1@gov.in.gov), 317-232-1800, 317-914 3787 (ceil). I will provide her all of your information ... who should be her principal point of contact on this?
Lastly, just to be clear, my office is ready to take on whatever role is needed for this trip. But, since we haven't been involved in an Administrator Pruitt visit, I don't know how you like to operate.

Great. Maybe you could have their communications director reach out to the folks CC'd or can you introduce them? I'll get back to you on schedule.

She said she would touch base with the Governor's chief of staff to see if any particulars had been discussed with Ryan Jackson or between the Governor and the Administrator. Otherwise, we'll work together to pull together an agenda that includes a site tour, time for the Governor and Administrator to meet, etc. If there's anything in particular you know we should build into the visit, please let me know. Also, do you know if the Administrator will want to do anything in addition to the East Chicago visit?

Sydney, Thank you for this. Attached is the completed form. Also copied on this email is Haley Armstrong, with the ICAC. She can help if there are any follow-up questions.
As you will see from the attached form, we would ideally like to have the ICAC folks meet with several officials in one location - if that can be arranged. We are working with Mary Neumayr over at CEQ on this as well.
