In Treon's report dated June 22, 1955. he states that Aroclor 1242 contains 42# chlorine and I believe reference is made to a letter by Paul Benignus dated August 30, 1953, as reference for this statement. 1 believe Sendroy is summarizing the work they have done and this has prompted his inquiry as to this matter as it could have some influence on calculations and interpretation of their data. He wonders whether Aroclor 1242 would vary in chlorine oontent to this extent and also would there be any other chlorine or phosphate contributed to Pydraul other than that obtained from the ester and Aroclor components.
