Apparently, despite our delivering the signed originals directly to Jim, he has engaged Exec. Sec. to assist in keeping track of all the materials he has received in connection with the various SO's and other sundry requests. Regarding SO 3349 (American Energy Independence), I have a copy of a memo you and Kate co-signed on April 19 that deals with Sec. 5 c (v) of the SO, which is the section entitled, "Review of Other Department Actions Impacting Energy Development". Sections 5 a and 5 b of the SO also have deliverables. Sec. 5 a requests the bureaus' review of mitigation policies and Sec. 5 b requests a climate change policy review.
