Sanborn visited the Trinity Operating, LLC oil and gas facility located at the latitude 35.0666 N and longitude -96.1697 W near Drumright, Oklahoma on 12/18/2017 for an unannounced inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility is known as the Roxy No. 4-20/29H site. Section II - OBSERVATIONS At the time of the inspection, I observed produced water in the small draw or ditch behind the pad site along the flow path towards the tributary. With a calibrated YSI Pro 30 Conductivity Meter I measured Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) that ranged from 3,000 mg/L to 13,000 mg/L. I did not observe remedial operations during the inspection. I observed erosion on the backside of the pad site causing runoff to the tributary. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN Elevated levels of TDS are present in the tributary.
