I need some more discussion of details before voting. For example, would their main contact be the technical or oversight committees? Are they totally independant like the SRP and Ethics? How would we exercise control over information release via the advisory panel members? Would there be a strict division of advisory panel members and funding sponsors? Suggest that we make this an agenda item for the May 23 call. I would support pursuing the State Department funding.
