I had the impression that you had the idea of having a meeting of approx. 1 / 1.5 hours between (some of the ) dossier submitters and you, as FPG. You current suggestion sounds like a bigger meeting than I assumed. In that case it would be important to know the exact coal of this meeting. ECHA is now in the lead and sharing information
during meetings with dossier submitters may be interesting, but it is not something that can be taken into account for the consultation. The focus should be on submitting the information through this consultation. Postponing till May would probably work best, as that also leaves some time to discuss the exact idea between this more extensive meeting.
