Dear Mr. Frank:
Continental Can Company, Inc. has assurances from its supplier that the substances used in X-1304 amber color_concentrate are ^permissible by regulation under the Food Additive Amendment to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the results of extractability tests on typical samples are within the tolerances, if any, specified by regulation for the intended use.
I hope the above complies^with your recent telephone request and that you can now certify as to the F & DA acceptability of your PVC formulation which includes X-1304 color.
Yours very truly.
