The Governor, Secretary and I discussed the dinner a few weeks ago in Grand Forks and he said it was a go but I know how that works. My apologies, the good news is the invite only went to a handful of the keynote speakers. We will send a retraction removing his name asap. I'm seeing this invite for the first time. Anything with the Secretary's name needs to be approved by our office in advance. In addition, we always ask that the Secretary's name not be announced publicly until a couple weeks before an event for security reasons.
