The yields are based on the Foster Wheeler pilot plant data, and the investment and operating cost figures are based on the rough estimate that the Foster Wheeler process plant's representatives and I made during my recent meeting in their offices. If these economics look promising and if it appears that the products can be sold and the rav> material obtained, it will be necessary to have Foster Wheeler refLne both the laboratory data and tne cost estimate before making a firm proposal for the project. However, we thought it would be desirable to see if the project looked good from the sales standpoint before recommending that more money be put into pilot plant work and engineering.
