Atlanta, Georgia 30340 RE: Compliance Status Letter Abex Corporation, Atlanta, Georgia GAD000603951 Dear Ms. Neil: This is to confirm an inspection of your facility conducted on August 15, 1984 at which time you met with Mr. Tim Cash. At the time of the inspection, it was determined that your facility is a small quantity generator of hazardous waste. Currently, your facility is classified as a generator of hazardous waste and by phone conversation with Mr. Don Johnson of Abex in Winchester, Virginia, it was learned this facility should have its status changed to properly reflect small quantity generator status. Based upon the inspection and the information provided, the change is warranted and your notification has been placed in our inactive files and your EPA Identification Number retained. Should you generate a regulated volume of hazardous waste during any calendar month in the future, you must submit an Annual Report as required of all hazardous waste generators. Annually, this Division mails an Annual Report form to each notifler in Georgia having a valid EPA Identification Number. Please be advised that failure to submit an Annual Report when required is a violation of Section 391-3-11-.08 of Georgia's Rules for Hazardous Waste Management and may result in the imposition of civil penalties. Please be informed that your facility is in compliance with the Rules for Hazardous Waste Management.
