This will give you some idea of the manner in whloh we attempt to protect the workmen and others who may have occasion to come in contact with concentrated Ethyl fluid. As I mentioned in our talks in Cleveland, we have been singularly fortunate in so far a3 those men are con cerned who blend Ethyl fluid, there not having been a case of lead intoxication from that source since tha work has been begun. In those situations where poisoning has occurred as a consequence of cleaning tanks, it has in all instances been dependent upon the failure to observe precautions laid down, especially that -which refers to the use of air-line hose masks, as wa3 the case with tu> men'in Cleveland.
