It was mytinSerstanding at the Team Meeting in Granville 'in January that the stress corrosion test criteria would be Incorporated into the product CAS. I believe ft was further agreed that future developmsnt would not involve voluntary submission of information from OCF any differently than is involved in current products. Inasmuch as recent years have witnessed a rapid growth of Koylo development with many new ideas and programs on the board for near future improvements in costs and quality, It does not seem sensible to impede progress by encumbering customer development programs. My points are therefore twofold* l If the product qualification Is to be covered by CAS, then our commitment to performance is specified. Therefore, the customer may at any time on any order shipment sample, test, and take any appropriate action.
