In his new position, Mr. Specht will direct the sales of paints in National Lead branches throughout the country. Mr. Specht joined the office staff of National Lead Company's Pacific Coast Branch in the Southern Division at Los Angeles in 1935After 13 years of experience in sales and administrative positions he became manager of the Southern Division in 19*^8. Mr. Specht transferred to New York in 1950 and was named company trade sales manager in 1951In February of this year he was appointed assistant manager for sales of paints, varnishes and related products.
