I would appre6iate it if you w0uld take a look into your shipments as they leave/me dock and see if yoiynote any specific problems that may be causing gaskets to/come to us in tiiis condition. One problem that I can point out at this time is that wire bounds are being overloaded to the point where gaskets are either crushed in them, or fall out and are damaged by other merchandise while in/transit. Bill, I Would also like to discuss further with you the possibility of you unit packacpxig all hard gaskets for ^service demands .
