Onderwerp: Ad-Hoc BCR on the PFAS restriction proposal - Final agenda and further planning
Dear BCR Stakeholders,
In the annex you can find the final version of the agenda of the ad-hoc BCR meeting on PFAS. Note that some timing has changed meaning some interventions are in other timeslots compared to the draft agenda of last week. Please note that only the persons indicated in the third column of the table will be granted access to the meeting room. Other people can only attend online by filling in the below survey by the end of the week 24/03 COB: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeG4SMc31UcgyhxyV60qVYfTpNICWinUMqMhH6P51SlIcL_7g/viewform? usp=sf_link
Kind reminder to send in your slides to us as soon as possible, for the red highlighted interventions in the table we are still awaiting the presentations. If we do not receive your slides by the end of this week we will not be able to retain your intervention slot for next week's meeting.
More details on how to access our building and the link to the Teams meeting will be shared with you in the coming days. We remain available for any further questions or clarifications.
Thank you very much for your cooperation and hope to see you next week!

Onderwerp: Input by 17/03 COB - Ad-Hoc BCR on the PFAS restriction proposal - draft agenda and further planning Urgentie: Hoog
Dear BCR stakeholders,
Many thanks for your interest in attending the ad-hoc open BCR meeting on the PFAS restriction of 28/03.
In order to ensure that you all have the opportunity to present your case we would like to ask the following of you:
Some of you have not yet send us the filled in questionnaire (see annex for empty doc), please note that if you do not send us a filled in questionnaire we cannot plan your intervention in the agenda
6
Since we have limited capacity in our meeting rooms we ask you to attend with maximum 2 persons of your organization in person, others can access via Teams if they fill in the online survey: registration for the Ad-Hoc open BCR ' Universal PFAS Rrestriction' (surveyhero.com) You can only present your case if you are physically present, interventions via Teams will not be possible Please send to us the 2 persons of your organization that will be present at the meeting room so we can grant them access to the building
As the BCR is a Belgium national coordination structure, please ensure that your intervention will be focused on BE related topics.
Kind reminder that the interventions should be 10 min max. The interventions will be grouped in 4 to 5 with a short Q&A afterwards. Please keep in mind that your interventions will be public and other stakeholders will be able to see them. If you wish that your intervention is treated confidential you should specifically mention this so we can plan this at the end of the day.
In the annex you can find the preliminary agenda of the meeting (please note the intervention grouping may still change), the interventions highlighted in red are those for which we did not yet receive a filled in questionnaire, these red highlighted interventions will not be retained in the agenda if we do not receive a questionnaire by the end of the week. Please also fill in at your agenda point which 2 people will be attending in person to present, only these people will be granted access to the building. If there are already more then 2 people indicated we kindly ask you to reduce this to 2 persons max.
Could we kindly ask you to provide us this information (filled in questionnaire + 2 persons presenting) at the latest by 17/03 COB?
We remain at your disposal for any questions and clarifications.
Many thanks for your cooperation, and hope to see you 28/03!
Kind regards,
