Peritoneal cavity is negative and dry; tba surface is sticky; diaphragm, right aide, fourth rib; left side, fourth interspace. WINGS: 1?3igh 900 g. both together; no fluid or adhesions in the pleural cav ities; thay ara aoaawhat congested, shoving ratfcsr thick blood in tha vessels and also a fsw sjrull blood-pointa around some of tha finer bronchi posteriorly. HEART: Ifaigha 295 g. ; pari cardial cavity negative; tha mascla is a pale redoish-brown in color but is firm and otherwise apparently normal; tha measure ments are: Aorta, 3j? cm.; pulmonary, 7 cm.; tricuspid, 12 ca.; mitral, 10 cm.; left ventricle, 13 mm., and tha right ventricle, 5 aaa.; tha heart is neither contracted nor dilated; tha contents ara a thick, dark red fluid and rather sticky blood and no vestige of any clot; aorta at tfco bifurcation measures 3-j cm.; shows no sclerosis. SPLEEN: promir.3nt, Small; weighs 105 g.; firm .ana atrophic; follicles and septa net LIVER: Raichs 1500 g.; is a homogenous brown-red in color; email in else; i'-irly sharp edges; a is tended gall bladder containing about l& ounces of yellowish* ore.vi bile. ADRENALS: Are large; pigmented; otherwise natural. ICIDNEYS: Weight of both, 535 g.; homogenous brownish-red in color; fairly firm consistency; .aaraings ara slightly obscured but no scare are present, capsule stripping readily, 1 saving a emooth surface. BLADDER: Contains a pint of rather dark, amber-colored urine, being sonswhat distended, while the sauof aaia. is pale but otherwise natural. PP.CST.ATE: Is natural. TESTES: Are natural; string out readily; have a somewhat yellowish color. ORGANS OF THE NSCX: Air passages not obstructed; thyroid and thymus negative; both are somewhat atrophic. READ; Skull is fairly thick; dura negat ive; the brain is moderately con gested; the meninges on the surface are not cloudy nor is there any fluid in the pia-arachnoid space; the vessels at tha base are thin-sailed and delicate; other wise show nothing unusual; blood present in the sinuses which is thick and fluid; interior of the brain negativa; lateral ventricles negative. GASTRO-INTESTIKAL TRACT: Esophagus negative; stomach contains about a .pint of a fluid, greenish, mushy chyme with a fcul odor; the muc. asm. is pale and gray with a fa-.v post-mortem blood-points through the fundus; j k u c . .mam. shows a moderate acimmalated state; intestine contains a small amount of mushy yellowish material, while in the large intestine is a quantity of formed fecal .raterial of a green color.
