Model 6000
Model 6000 is a powerful, versatile, easily operated heavy duly Laihe that turns large truck drums, resurfaces rotors and machines llywheelsand clutch plates. Each side ol the Laihe has its own electri cally driven Cross Slide lor drum machin ing and Saddle lor lace cuts on roiors, fly wheels and clutch plates. Speed and feed direction ol each ol the two Cross Slides and Saddles is controlled Irom the Lathe's Control Panel. Dual Cross Slides permit simultaneous rough and finish cuts on a drum, or wilh a Boring Bar mounted on one side and a Grinder on the other. A drum can be machined and ground at the same lime. Drum turning and lace cutting gearboxes can be engaged or disen gaged at any teed speed without danger to the units. Positive locks maintain constant depth ol cul at predetermined settings.

CrossShde and Saddle assembly may be
added to a Model 6002 already in the Held
