Larsen, Jr., attorney. The specific request is that future checks be made payable to I think it would be appropriate that the checks be payable to her, as widow of Deceased. In talking with Larsen he asked that the checks come regularly, and I would suggest they be sent in four week increments. W H The other matter I have talked to him about is the possibility of U lumping out the future benefits. I discussed that in the fourth < paragraph of my letter to you of March 29, 1989. Larsen tells me O that would be interested. If Sherwin Williams is also, we should discuss at what level to start a negotiation. It should be stated here that the Workers' Compensation Act does state that in the event of the remarriage of a widow, without children, she shall at that point be paid a lump sum equal to two years compensation benefits, however all further rights are then extinguished.
