1. Charge the materials, exoept Cellte and Bair, to beater and air approx, l; olnutos with mil relsod. Charge Cellte to beater two minutes before dusplng. Charge hair last; beat, but do not grind, until mixed, and dump.
2. Use the naehlne screens.
3 Uee 4 primary Bauer Cloaners with inlet pressure of 20 p.s.l. Ur- 3/4" diameter reject nozalo.
4. By-pass the secondary cleaners.
5. Operate Bauer Beflser with plate setting of approx. 110 alls. Very as neoeseary to eliminate fibre pencils and control porosity.
6. Operate vlth second press raised.
7- Calender with a single nip. Boise top calender mil.
8. Operate vhlts water system to beep retained fines at a minimum.
9. Run material to tho following Finished Product requirements:
