In the event that you are not already aware of what took place creating the unusual conditions, this may be of interest. When the extremely high readings were taken on March 27, 1969, one of the cyclones was being taken out and replaced. Operations con tinued during this demolition and replacement period, with no re gard for personnel. Readings were taken on April 29 when conditions were returning to normal. Mr.Baker is optimistic on the improvements and thinks that Mr. Lufefejock is doing a good job. Although I think,as we both realize,only a new mill with built-in dust control equipment will provide a safe working environment at this location, installation of washers in the exhaust would certainly be beneficial if present equipment must continue to be used.
