It allows us to release the recording of his presentation to CNP members who request it. I've also included a copy of our speaker guidelines as well as the full program.

Hi Sydney-
I got a call from the Vice President's office yesterday asking to speak at the CNP meeting on Friday the 19th. We, of course, accommodated that request...but it's going to require me to push Administrator Pruitt's remarks back by 15 minutes. So instead of addressing our group from 2:15 2:45 pm, we have him on for 2:30-3:00 pm. Will you confirm that he can do that? Sorry for the last minute adjustment!
Also, I've been in touch with Tony Perkins' assistant Lindsay Hoefer, and she and I discussed the possibility of Administrator Pruitt meeting with Tony right after he speaks (say 3:00-3:30 pm)? I've got a meeting room on the 6thfloor of the hotel that they could use. Let me know if that's a possibility.

Sorry all...1 accidentally sent the attached docs before adding my message.
Sydney.. .here's the first confirmation document. Included is a speaker release form (last page). The Administrator does not need to sign this. However, if he chooses to do so, please also look at our Speaker Guidelines as well.
If he does not sign, we will record his remarks (audio and video) for archival purposes only, meaning that CNP will retain a copy for our historical records, and we will send your office a copy as well. But we will not share the presentation with our members.
Let me know if there are any questions about these documents. I look forward to hearing back from you and welcome any questions.
