EKPC seeks an exemption for a two-year period from the current compliance date of July 6, Sierra Club FOIA 2025-EPA-04883 ED_018388_00005627-00001 SC_EVERSPLIT0020830 2027(as calculated, July 6, 2029) for Spurlock Station and Cooper Station, with the potential of a further extension should the reconsideration of the MATs RTR require EPA additional time.
