A copy of the physician's statement shall be provided each employee". (1)(5) "If any employee's health would be materially impaired by continued exposure, such employee shall be withdrawn from possible con tact with vinyl chloride". Borden Chemical's fulfillment of these sections of the law -- when it is enforceable (presently the law has been stayed by the Second Circuit Federal Court) -- will be determined only by a medical team or committee.
