Michele,
The Administrator has his own security. They will visit the venue the day before or day of to do a walk through with someone from our Advance team. They will also attend the event with the Administrator. We do use the speaking request document to give them a security POC at the venue. I noticed you didn't list one. Since it's at the Hyatt, they typically will know who to reach out to and will coordinate with the hotel.
I've copied Millan Hupp, Director of our Scheduling & Advance team here. If there are further asks as the date approaches, she will let you know.

There is an all-day event at the White House that day and we are still determining the ask for the Administrator. We hope that we can make this work though. Would it be ok for us to confirm exact timing at a later date, when we've been able to nail down our other events for that day?
