I have a letter from our representative in Dayton, Ohio, Mr. Bernard Gadd of the B & R Distributing Company, whom I believe called on you personally. We certainly appreciate the courtesy which you extended our representative and the information which he passed on to us in his letter. We agree with you that the only method whereby we can individually and collectively state that no hazard exists due to absorption of any of the ingredients of our compound by absorption through the skin is to conduct some conclusive tests. It is not our intention to impose upon your time but we advise that we are seriously considering test procedures along this line and would like very much to retain your laboratoiries for this purpose. It is the intention of the writer to make a trip East shortly after the first of the year, probably the week of January 19. If it would be convenient for you the writer would like to spend some time with you discussing the details and structure of test procedures which you deem satisfactory and necessary to place you in position to draw definite conclusions on this subject. If you would be so kind as to advise us as to your calendar acti vities and if you would be able to spare us some time during the week of the 19th, or the following week, we' will make our plans accordingly.
