Thanks for joining us at the Utah Outdoor Recreation Summit at the Zermatt Resort September 4-6! Here is a guide to where you need to be and when. You do not need to register for the summit-- we've taken care of that! You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Utah Media Group. Thanks again for your time and expertise!
Pre-Summit Activities: on September 4th: We have some amazing outdoor recreation activities and special workshops that still have space for you to participate from 1:30-4:30 pm! Dinners: We have two amazing dinners this year. 9/4 will be at the Wasatch Mountain State Park Campground Pavilions from 5:30-8:30 pm and 9/5 it will be at the Soldier Hollow Grill 6:30-9:00 pm where we will have the first annual Utah Office of Outdoor Recreation Summit Awards presentation with a Dark Skies Presentation afterwards! We hope you can join us!
Summit Location: Zermatt Resort (784 Resort Dr, Midway, UT 84049). The general session will be in the
Bernese Event Center (see attached map). The breakout sessions will be across the hotel in the Matterhorn Conference Center on the 2nd floor (see attached map). Registration will be the Bernese on 9/4 from 12:30-4:00 pm and at the dinner from 4:30-7:00 pm and the Bernese on 9/5 all day-this is where to pick up your badge.
