It might be a good idea for you to send a copy of your reply to Dr. Calingaert. I am not sure what instructions are being followed by all department heads who might have occasion to supply fluid to others, but it seems to me we might inquire into this subject and perhaps drawup a memorandum so that everyone understands the pro cedure which should be followed.
