As in the past, the plant goals will be prepared from the various department goals submitted by each of you. Plant goals are to be submitted to R. D. Gamblin by January 15, 1981 for his review and approval. I am requesting that your goals be to me by January 6, 1981 for my review and compilation into the plant goal submission. Major areas of interest include safety, energy, production and costs, personnel, and environmental control. However, goals that fall outside these general categories are also acceptable. The breakdown within each general category should be by quantitative, stretch, and non-quantitative. Legibly hand-written submissions are acceptable. Please be on time with your information.
