Your dosimeter results indicated an exposure of 44.0 ppm TWA occurred on the above-mentioned date. A review of the job functions you performed during the testing period would indicate your exposure occurred while removing relief valves from the VCM caustic dryer system and blinding nozzles. You were protected by a fresh air mask during this operation. This notice is in compliance with the OSHA Standard, Title'29, Chapter XVII, Part 1910.939, Section (M)(3), Standard for exposure to Vinyl Chloride.
