Control Device (Incineration, Island Powerhouse): The continuous monitor shows that the vinyl chloride concentration in the vent from the control device is always well below 10 ppm. There was no PVC production from April 18, 1979 until the end of the reporting period. PVC production should resume during the fourth quarter of 1979.
