Dear Dr. Norrist
I shall appreciate it very much if you would call the attention of your colleagues, particularly members of the American Industrial Hygiene Association,to this call for progrjam offerings for the meeting of April 25 and 26, 1945. I am very anxious to get together an excellent program, and I have no doubt this will be easy to do if persons who have papers to offer will send in the necessary information at an early cate. There is usually more material than can be used, but ve have not always had time to make careful selection of the material. I am particu larly anxious to have a good representation of papers from University groups in this y e a r 's program. If any of your people have papers to offer, I should appreciate having word of it either through you or directly from the authors. The form letter attached heieto is primarily for the purpose of calling attention to requirements of the program committee with respect to information as well as dead line.
Cordially yours,
,:AE e f Enc .
