Everett Associates setting forth a proposal to the Asbestos Information Association of North America for the development of a satisfactory bulk container for shipment of asbestos. Mr. Everett called the other day to advise me that he had had prior communication with and had originally sent a copy of this letter to Paul Weiner. I could find no evidence of receipt of such letter in our files, however, and accordingly asked \Ir. Everett to send me another copy.
