MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE GLIDDEN COMPANY Minutes of meeting of the Executive Committee of The Glidden Company held at the office of the Company, 1396 Union Commerce Building, Cleveland, Ohio on Monday, February 2, 1953 at 10:00 A.M. The following members of the Committee were present: Adrian D. Joyce Dwight P. Joyce J. P. Ruth B. W. Maxey Messrs. P. E. Sprague and J. A. Peters were not present at the meeting. Mr. Adrian D. Joyce, Chairman, presided and Mr. R. D. Horner, Secretary, recorded the minutes. The Committee considered and, upon motion duly made and seconded, unanimously approved a contract with The Eagle-Picher Sales Company, cover ing a period of five years, whereby the Company agreed to buy from EaglePicher its requirements of leaded zinc oxides and American Process lead free zinc oxide for use in its own plants in the manufacture of paint products. There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was, upon motion duly made and seconded, unanimously adjourned. GL0013634
