MINUTES of the special meeting of the Directors of the Manufacturing Chemists' Association, Inc. , held in the President Tyler Room, The Greenbrier, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, on June 8, 1961, at 12:30 p.m. (EST).
Immediately prior to the luncheon for Directors, honored guests, and new member company presidents, Chairman Bunn called the meeting to order and stated that its purpose was to elect members to the several committees of the Board of Directors in order that a functioning organization would be available during the sum mer months to take care of pending and emergency business.
Mr. Bunn then presented the following appointments, which were ratified unani mously by those present:
