The ISC modeling is a prediction that should be reasonably accurate for stacks, but has a little more uncertainty when you add in fugitive and areas sources. As far as ballpark costs for doing ambient sampling, it all depends on the scope needed for answering the questions) raised by the issue. For Edge Moor, w e did ISC modeling first to identity "hot spots" of predicted max. concentrations. For a number of reasons, that is concerning. I'd like to hear both your thoughts on this. In addition, I think we need to supply the business with real information about the cost and logistics for doing fenceline and community modeling.
