Y/e had some correspondence with Sir* Mittnacht over the problem and he was in communication with cer t ain represen tatives of the Metropolitan* On my l a st discu ssion with him I had agreed to prepare t h is report in mimeographed form fo r presen tation to a group of insurance people in a conference* The conference should be arranged for a t an early date* and I presume th at we can get in touch with the r igh t people through referen ces to Mr Mittn ach t*s correspondence and through the information which some of h is asso ciat es w ill have* Having gotten t h is m aterial togeth er I now want to us i t for sever al purposes.
